Custom Tote Bag FAQs
Most non-woven totes run $1–$3 per unit at 100–250 quantity; cotton totes range in price depending on the weight in ounces or how heavy the fabric is, with lightweight oz. ranging from $1.50 - $5; and heavier cotton and cotton polyester blends from $8+. Polyester is also an option in various price points based on size and features. Pricing decreases with volume—use our Glide tool below the color grid to preview price breaks at your quantity.
Per-unit cost depends on material, bag size, imprint method (screen printing, heat transfer, full-color, embroidery), number of imprint colors and locations, set-up fees, order quantity and whether you need rush production. A 250-unit order of non-woven totes with a one-color screen-print logo typically runs $1.50–$2.50 per bag all in. Heavy cotton bags with full-color printing at the same quantity average $10–$15 per bag. Our team will provide an exact quote based on your specs.
Minimums vary by item, but many totes are available with low MOQs. If you need a very small run, our team can help you select SKUs with the lowest minimums and fastest turnarounds. Samples are available on request.

Many totes support double-sided printing. Availability depends on the product and imprint method. Check the imprint locations listed on each product page or ask our team to enable front-and-back decoration when ordering.
Screen printing is usually less expensive and works great for all logos or large text. DTG (direct-to-garment) and digital inkjet are excellent for photos and complex color gradients. Embroidery adds a premium look for bold marks and is especially durable. Our team recommends the best method during proofing based on your artwork.
Most orders deliver within 2–8 business days depending on the product, imprint method and shipping speed selected. Ground shipping options take longer; rush shipping compresses delivery to a few days after production. Check each product page for production time, then select your shipping speed at checkout for a precise estimated delivery date.
Spot clean or hand wash gently with mild detergent. Avoid bleach and high heat. Air dry flat. For embroidered bags, reshape while damp. Do not tumble dry—heat breaks down imprint adhesion over time. Following these steps preserves both the bag material and your logo.
