I picked out a color for the bag and 4imprint called me to tell me that the letter color on the bag did not look like the way I was thinking they would. I though that that was wonderful. They could have just send me what I ordered. This tells me that they just don't do anything. I was able take their advice and change the letter color. The bags came out great and they arrived on time.

I did an reorder, however, when I received the bags the color was different from my previous order. Then I was told that the color was correct, until I was able to provide a picture from my previous order that showed the color difference. Since I was out of bags I didn't have an existing bag for them to mix the right color of imprint for, but luckily I had a customer return and I was able to get the sample bag to them. I feel 4Imprint needs to do a better job informing it's customers if there are ink differences, otherwise if I do an reorder, the bags should be the same not different every time.
