If I could giv zero stars I would. The logo printed on the mugs washes off in one to two washes. Sometimes all it needs is hot coffee in the mug and the logo melts away. Even hand washing only and not using dishwashers, the logo has zero staying power

These are pretty short. Also, looks like they broke apart and separated our logo to make the same distance between the image and the text so our logo doesn't look 100% accurate. First thing I've ever received from 4imprint that wasn't great. Also the lanyard itself is a bit short. Don't like that you only had the option to have outside of one side and inside of the other. Should have been outside of both. Was hoping it would lay so it wouldn't be noticeable. If you twist it, you can make it work, but there should be another option.

Super disappointed with the quality of this water bottle. For the price I paid, I would have expected it to be much better. The bottles came damaged with dents in at least one place but some had multiple. Our logo was also scratched off in places on some of the bottles.

I went with item because it had great reviews. The bottle itself is extremely light weight, smaller than the pictures lead on, and seems cheap. Etched in the bottom in large letters reads "made in china." While I assume, most of these products are made there the giant insignia on the bottom just confirms the lack of quality of this product. The logo and lettering from 4imprint was great. The product itself... likely worth spending more $ next time.
