Both the Cooler and the Power Bank were big hits at our charity golf tournament. We had 2 coolers with a slight printing defect, but we had ordered some extras to be safe and 4imprint offered to replace. Read the instructions on the Power Bank - you may need to cycle it a couple times to work effectively. Of the 2 we kept, 1 worked immediately and 1 had to charge/discharge and recharge to work. Both work great now. Coolers hold up nicely and the printing artwork on the Power Banks came out amazing. Jamie from the sales team was EXCELLENT to work with, and I am excited to come back for next year's charity golf tournament with our next 4imprint item.
