The ordering process was super quick and easy. The art department helped me with a couple options to choose from when deciding on the logo and/or text to go on the product so that was all very smooth. I wasn't super impressed with the product itself. I would say about 1/3 of the balls I blew up did not stay inflated so I don't know if it was just a bad batch of balls, the design is flawed, or if the quality is just not great overall. The balls that stayed inflated were super cute! We used them at a recent event and I am really excited to give them away at our summer events as well.
