There were two issues with our order. I wrote an email to Amber, our representative on 4/30 and never heard back from her. We really liked how the tumblers turned out overall, they look great. That said, there were two mistakes in the final product. The first issue is that we had requested the logo to be printed on both sides of the tumbler, but the design was only applied to one side. The second issue involves the logo design. We rejected the proof twice because the bee’s tail was covering the letter "B" in our logo. We clearly requested that the tail be placed behind the letter, and the final proof we approved reflected that. However, the tumblers were produced with the tail in front of the "B," which means the version used was not the final one. At this point, we don’t have time to make corrections, and we’ll still be using the tumblers as planned, but given the issues with the order, we asked if a partial refund or discount might be possible, and we never got a response.
