The hats are great, the stitching/embroidery on 20% of the hats are not great. There are some gaps in the stiches making them not look as great as we would have hoped. They aren't terrible, but noticeable enough and on too many hats to brush it of as a part of the process. I have used 4Imprint with several companies. I love 4Imprint. Unfortunately this is the first time using them at my new company, and I will most likely be asked to use someone else going forward.

Quality is Cheap and the Pens Rattle we assumed these where made out of metal and we got cheap plastic why is the metal and plastic pens named the same how are we supposed to make the distinction

Looks great at all our events and washes well. We have bought 5 of these so far (because we needed more, not because they wore out) and even in the wind outside, we are able to secure the sides with small clamps to keep them from blowing up. I like the closed back to secure our swag items and personal belongings at events.
