Associates were very helpful and pens arrived very quickly. A few of the pens broke when trying to write with them but over all they seem to be good quality pens. The caps would not fit on rear of pen without forcing them a time or two. The print on the pens was very professional. Thanks for all your help and assistance, Bobby
