The bags were used at a veterinary trade show - many of the attendees felt they were superior to other bags due to the zipper. We have had no feedback regarding the quality of the zipper. The handles are a good length, easy to sling over the shoulder. The bad is a very generous size and the imprinting was crisp and clear. Also, the bag folded up very small and was easy to take home in suitcases. We ran out of bags late on the third day (of 3 and 1/2 days) and noticed a dramatic difference in our level of interaction. My booth staff advised me that the bags "drew them in like crazy" and they were very receptive to find out more about our courses and without the bags people had to be "fished" in.
