This is the second time I've purchased the same item. The first time it arrived on time and the product was great. This second time the product arrived 4 weeks late ...after it took 8 days just to process the order. The tabletop displays came in a blue fitted carrying bag, my second order display came in an oversized black and gray bag, it's obvious that it's for a different display. Sending the product out in the wrong bag is very poor service and unacceptable.
