This wind- and water-resistant winter jacket from North End® was made with the on-the-go lifestyle in mind. The breathable, spandex-enhanced fabric offers extra give and ventilation. The three-layer performance shell is made with 96/4 polyester/spandex bonded to 100% polyester anti-pill fleece. The shell is lined with polyester taffeta that is quilted for superior insulation.
