We did a six-month wellness series for our youth development program participants that focused on healthy ways to relieve stress and anxiety. Monthly sessions included yoga, meditation, mixed martial arts, step dancing, exercise, health eating, and art therapy. We purchased the water bottles to use a give-away for our final wrap-up session.
