Each year, from Thanksgiving through New Years, Bell does a Maintain Don't Gain Challenge. Employees that sign up pay $10 and then weigh in. If they maintain their weight during the 8 weeks they receive their money back and are entered in for a raffle drawing. If they gain weight the money is put into a pot for a winner. It encourages people to watch their weight during the holidays and start the new year off right. We try to give a little encouraging/healthy gift with sign up. This year we got these awesome Refresh Clutch Water Bottles since water is important part of staying healthy! We also ordered extra water bottles for new hires in the office for 2019!
