You will always see those warnings, such as those found on balloons, on our website or catalogs so you are aware before you purchase. The regulation also requires tracking information and codes to be affixed to each product or its packaging.

Children's apparel must comply with several federal standards, all of which are verified before sale at 4imprint. This includes meeting flammability standards as mandated by 16 CFR 1610 and ensuring accessories such as zip pullers and buttons meet the Consumer Products Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) limits for lead.

We verify that there are no drawcords in upper body garments such as hoodies and jackets in line with Federal standard 16 CFR 1120 and at 4imprint have also voluntarily extended that rule to lower body garments such as sweatpants and shorts.
