This product was unsatisfactory - many of these were returned to us by our guests with the zipper broke. We had ordered extra so had enough to replace. i would like to return the brokens ones for either refund or replacement.

We order promotional items at the end of each fiscal year in our fire dept for ages 2-6 These bags were a HUGE hit! There are no strings so choking hazard WAS NOT a concern. The parents went crazy over them.

The zippers broke on 8 of the bags when I received them. I did not return them due to the hazzel and expense.
