Very nice and lightweight, doesn't feel like you're wearing an "outdoor jacket" inside. We ordered these for a large clinic and people have loved them! They look much more professional than casual wear employees were previously wearing when it is cold.

I would recommend ordering what size you regularly wear in clothing. We had several smaller ladies who ordered medium or small that were too big. We ended up being able to exchange these though.
