The size to choose from was S,M,L, etc. When we received it, the shirt was measured by the collar size and arm length. It would be helpful to choose from that on the website rather than s,m,l. The Large shirt did not fit one of the staff members due to arm length, if arm length was a choice on the website, we could have purchased a shirt that would fit him.
