Fist of all the help I received from my rep was wonderful. She was great to work with. I know at one point someone else called me & tried to get in the middle & that person did not comprehend what I wanted. My rep did much better. I was short on time to get these done & she worked with in my time lines BEAUTIFULY. They were delivered 3 days before I had my trade show move in day. At first I LOVED the bottle. I had great response from the people I gave them out to. In fact I gave out more than I anticipated because they were such a hit. The following day I was even working on more funding to purchase more, however after a few more days and more use. I am now thinking twice.

The area that was imprinted is far too small. The quality of the bottle is also not great and the print itself isn't very quality (There are bumps in the print area).
