The fit is true to size. Also, there are pull stops on each side to let out or take in. I didn't catch that one online so that was an extra benefit! Arm length is standard for the sizing. So if you have "longer" arms, the sleeve may be just a little short. You may want to go up one more size to benefit from the length of the sleeve.
