They can simply tear off calendar pages when the month has passed.
 
A sheet at the back of the calendar peels off to expose magnetic backing for applying the calendar to a filing cabinet, fridge or other metal surface.
 
The magnet is perforated, so once the calendar is obsolete, the magnet can be peeled from it and continuously used.
 
Size: 3" x 4-1/8".
