We put some "goodies" in the mugs and give them to our postop cataract patients on their day after surgery visit. We have been ordering these every year from 4imprint for well over 10 years, about 600 at a time. In all those years, we have only had maybe 1 broken mug per order (sometimes none) and half a dozen misprints (smeared imprint). They have always credited us for the unusable mugs, even if it's only 1!
