I absolutely love the pens! They are cute, fun and something that everyone is attracted to - I ordered 500 of them. Unfortunately, the success rate of my original order was horrible. The pens either didn't write at all, or stopped writing within a few minutes of using them, or the light didn't work. VERY disappointing. In the beginning, almost 40[%] of the pens that I randomly tested did not work. Upon using the remaining pens, I found that after a few minutes they stopped writing also. Your company has been great to work with regarding this. Many thanks for making it right.
