Exceptional quality. You will be extremely satisfied with this product. As per prior reviews, I would say that the shirt runs a little tight, so order a size bigger, particularly for XL. My team usually would wear L or XL in most shirts. We ordered XL and XXL, and the sizing was perfect.

When you order this shirt always go up a size. Got my order in and they are toooooooooooo small. Already embroideried so I guess I will order again sometime in the future.....when I get another $200 to spend on the item.

I ordered ladies large for all my girls who wore size 8, 10 and 12 in womens sizes and only the size 8 lady could wear her shirts. The other two said they were too small and won't wear them so I have over $100 in shirts that I can't use and two employees without uniforms
