Not exactly what we expected. This coaster popped up as a "you also might like" item while we were searching for cork coasters. This product is not cork; it’s cardboard. When it first arrived we were very disappointed--it looks like a small cardboard Frisbee. Then we discovered that it absorbs condensation without warping. You can re-use these things for days. Although it is not cork, this is also not a flimsy paper coaster.
