Our company purchased these for a Wellness event we are doing. Employees were very excited about all of the features. We have given out about 200 of these and about 30 have been returned with deffective issues (pedometer won't count, display goes in and out, all of the modes aren't working, radio isn't working, bad batteries, zeroing out for no reason). I haven't taken the time to verify each return, but if they are taking the time to return it and get a new one, I would estimate most of the claims are valid- though there are probably a few that simply weren't doing it right. We are in a production environment, so they are also roughed up quite a bit. Because the clips are plastic, we have had some break (not included in the number of defective ones). The employees so far REALLY like them!!
