I used the sample for a a few months before purchasing. I used it because i wanted to see if it would leak when i carried it in my purse. On other travel mugs the slide that opens and closes gets loose after constant use. This one was great. it keeps a tight seal so that if it falls or tips the coffee doesn't spill. Great, elegant design and color palette. Great gift for good customers

Overall I am satisified with the product. However a few of the tumblers are not flat on the bottom so when you put them down on a counter they don't sit flat. I needed a quick turn around and this was excellent.
