The product itself looks GREAT! When using the product, there is a funny taste the comes from the metal on the lid. This was a common feedback receive thus far but the item itself looks great! Loved the fact that each item came fully sealed and then boxed individually - makes for great presentation.

These are great mugs and were a real delight to my drivers. There was an issue with the imprinting so be careful; however, the customer service team assisted in correcting the problem and everyone loved the finished product.
