The mugs are great in many ways: 1- the slimming allows people to measure with the mug 2- the indentation of the mug makes the mug easier to handle 3- the high gloss interior is beautiful 4- the un-glossed outside is easy to hold and not rough at all 5- pretty light

I LIKE THE LOOKS OF THE CUPS AND THE SHAPE BUT THEY CHIP VERY EASILY AND MANY HAVE AN UNEVEN FINISH ON THE INSIDE INDICATING NOT THE BEST QUALITY.
