The mugs are spectacular, the color contrast is very nice, I have opened 3 boxes all they are all in good shape (no broken ones). Customer service is excellent, very helpfull, we just had a misunderstanding about both sides of the mug beeing printed as it say in the quote, when we changed to 2 color I wasn't informed that they can only do one side.

Our final versions of the mugs were no where near as nice as the samples. The samples had a nice smooth very matte finish but the ones we paid for had a glossier finish with lots of bubbles and imperfections. Similarly the imprint on the samples were flawless but on the ones we paid for the imprint is patchy even transparent in spots.
