Not pleased with the product quality but understand it was a low cost item. Many of the pens are not solidly connected & wiggle in the grip like a broken pen. I also, in the rush of things, failed to notice the imprint size difference from a prior order. Possible to protect me from bad decisions in future orders? Great customer service otherwise.
