Received my coiled note pads with our in-house i.d. # missing from the back. Imformed 4imprint about it. The response was a request to send them a image of the back cover. You should retain files of your own to refer to. I ended up reminding myself of the new "normal' for today's business practices..... Pass the Monkey!
