While the pen looked good and I got a great price on it I was not impressed with how it wrote. It felt scratchy and the ink flow was not even: would write great for some time and then the ink would stop flowing and then it would write fine again.

Great Item - only issue was with the design of the print. We sent over a specific design file, which has worked fine for other printers, and your designers felt it needed to be changed, they said the file we sent wouldn't print well - even though others have had no problems. These pens were supposed to match the thousands of other pens we have and they don't now.

The pen itself is great and is cost effective, the printing I was not happy with. This is not a 4imprint problem, its a Bic problem, my actual PMS colors were somewhat off due to the off white color of the pen and was not true to color as related to my other products. I will not do a fully color logo on this pen again.
