The product is fine, the artwork should have been enlarged as the scale recommended was too small. While I did have an opportunity to change, with no experience I made the wrong choice in this effort to go with what was sent to review. Using a picture in this case wasn't ideal

The finish on this mug is amazing!!! We have gotten mugs in the past where the image is imprinted on the mug which cna eventually wear off, there is no way this will happen with this mug.

Very please with result. I did not realize that the runners would flip over them as much as they did. Many asked if we were selling them, but we only ordered enough for awards for our age group and overall winners.

The mugs are ok, but the printing is not great. I had to send back the fist shipment due to the color inconsistencies and the fuzzy, smudged font on about 1/2 the order. The second shipment was much better, but still didn't have a high level of quality. I wouldn't order these again.

Overall product is good. Mug is exactly as described, print quality is clean and sharp. Would have like the cup to be a bit thicker (seems a bit flimsy for the cost - thinner than I hoped) but was not displeased. The quick turnaround, and great customer service makes up for any shortcomings.
