For the price the pen is fine. But it feels very cheap in your hand and the hook breaks off really easily. Personally I wish I had spent a little more and bought a better pen.

Ok for an event that requires a great numbers of handouts, but not a good product. Clips break easy and bottoms came apart. Gave it a try, but won't order again.

Pens keep falling apart, can be a little embarrassing when a guest clicks on the top and the pen comes apart. I would not order this pen again. Color and print is good, ink seems OK as well.

These pens look very nice but several of them do not write at all and out of the ones that do write many of them skip. They are not a smooth writing pen at all. Some of them are coming apart and this makes the "clicker" work improperly.

We recently took the pens to an event as giveaways and realized. many of the pens don't work. We ordered 500 pens and we aren't able to count on them working. I will be following up on this very soon.

The pens were awful and we can not even use them for marketing. The colors were completely off and not the same tone as was represented from the proof. The barrel color was to be a light teal with dark purple writing. The actual teal pen barrel was so dark, you could not see the writing in DARK purple at all. We went to a very important event and spent what little extra money we had for the business on these pens. We lost out on a fantastic oipportunity to promote ourselves and our new business. We were hugely disappointed and would not reccommend these to anybody

All the pens were broken, or broke within a couple of days of use. However it is in the process of being fixed. I understand a replacement order will be made again for me. This has happend in the past with a better priced pen as well. Cutomer srvice is always good.

The imprint on the pen is blurry, crooked and unsatisfactory. The pens run out of ink after 2 short uses. I am very unhappy with the pens and will not order them again.
