I picked out a color for the bag and 4imprint called me to tell me that the letter color on the bag did not look like the way I was thinking they would. I though that that was wonderful. They could have just send me what I ordered. This tells me that they just don't do anything. I was able take their advice and change the letter color. The bags came out great and they arrived on time.

not as impressed as i was hoping. the bag was shiny and i was thinking it would be matte finish. also the white ink on black bag did not look as great as i hoped. the ink seemed too thin.

The imprint is fabulous and the bag has a nice, heavy feel. I wish it had the word "biodegradable" printed somewhere on it, so that I wouldn't have to tell people each time we hand one out. I have an Earth Friendly store and I want to send the right message.

Bags look very cheap and the print was not what I expected. Could've been a bit darker with the printing. I can see through the ink and it looks like it was made in china really quick. I wouldn't order these if they are for something important. I'll have to give these away since they don't look good enough to use as promotional bags.
