The product is great. The cup is not as flimsy as I feared it would be. I got a sample first, but if you don't have time for that, rest assured you can order and know it isn't like an airplane beverage cup. I had an issue with my order (my fault) because I didn't pay close enough attention to realize I selected 24hr processing - note that is a decision you make when you pick the PRODUCT, not during the order process. Look for 24hr in the description. But despite it being my oversight, customer service was helpful and responsive. I ordered the frosted/blue. The blue in the picture didn't match very well. with iced tea inside, it's a royal to navy, depending on temp. I recommend white ink on that cup.
