Very nice quality, only 2 minor issues. We ordered the grey and red. The red looks great! Very vibrant, but the grey is so dark its almost black and against the dark lid, its not the overall contrast we wanted, I didn't like that color with this mug. But color aside, the only other issue was the lid easily comes off, I hope this doesn't present too much of a problem with the employees of ours who have the mug, but when I was unwrapping them the lids were popping off left and right, they seems too small for the mug. Other than these issues the mug (not the lid) is very good quality and the handle is a great feature.

Many of our mugs had lids that did not fit. They were too tight and would not stay on. The rest worked just fine.
