Love the product.However need to be more careful when shipping. I had several straws that were not in the original shipment. Had to wait for those to be shipped separately to me. Not good when you paid rush charges to get item then not able to use a portion of the order immediately...

This was probably my fault but I didn't realize that when I said to wrap the text that it would wrap around the whole cup. I assumed that the rectangle picture sent was just to show the text and the colors...didn't realize that the length of the rectangle was the circumference of the cup and that it would wrap around that much.

We have had a problem with some of the glasses having cracks. Overall our employees continue to buy the glasses that I sell at cost and they receive a discount on sodas--they love the different colors.

Great cup! The lid is easy to use and the cup holds a good amount. If it was dishwasher safe I'd give it 5 stars.

The tumbler is great and the artwork came out wonderfully! The only hang-up I have is that the pricing for a smaller order is a bit too high for this product in my opinion.

This tubmbler is great - the blue with yellow logo stands out on a persons deck. And the double wall insulation keeps drinks cold longer and doesn't leave condensation on a desk top.
