The banner and cartridge were well made, however, the graphics faded quite a bit after 2 years. We did receive excellent service from 4Imprint on a replacement banner, but that seemed faded as well.

Overall a good product for the price, turnaround time was great, and the colors printed true to our file. The banner material has a slight glossy sheen, which I was not expecting (I thought it would be more matte). The banner also curls a bit at the sides, it doesn't hang perfectly flat like the thumbnail suggests.

I love this banner. It's a great size for conventions but is also light weight and compact for travel. The carrying case is really nice.

Compact, easy to transport and set up. When set up, it leans forward slightly. Take care when retracting that the fabric goes in straight.

The banner looks GREAT, but it doesn't stand up straight!! Not only does it look silly, but we're worried about it falling over on someone at our booth! Very strange...maybe it's just ours??

The banner leans forward and we don't see anyway to make iot stand up straight. I have seen other products like these at Marketing events and they don't seem to have that issue. The pictures and art work are very nice.

This is a great item. The quality of the banner is excellent and for the lower price could compete with the high-end banners. Great carrying case as well.The pole sections are held together with an inside elastic/bungee, which is great because you don't have to spend a lot of time figuring out which section fits where- each section is attached to the next section. They fit right together and pull apart easily to break down.
