We got rave reviews for this mug, they look great. Downside is that the artwork gets tacky (smears) and starts to come off almost immediately through normal washing. After a few months the logo is barely visible. Likely because of its matte finish. Bummer...they are beautiful.

The Majestic mug got rave reviews from everyone in our church. It is an extra large mug - hefty - yet has soft curves and does not look at all clunky. The color and imprint were beautiful,but if we did it again, we would make the graphic artwork larger (the fine lines in our design lost some crispness due to the glazing process - something the customer service reps. might have recommended?)Shipping updates were timely and the mugs were very securely packed; we did not receive any broken mugs in our entire order.
