the product was great. i was worried after reading some of the reviews and the problems other customers had but when the products were delivered, they looked fantastic and we had no mechanical difficulties with the umbrellas. the imprint looked as specified and expected. i wish it could have been a larger imprint, but i understand. everyone i had contact with were very quick in responses.

The quality wasn't as good as I would have hoped. I realize these are cheap umbrellas, but at least one of them had stitching that was connecting the frame to the cloth that was already coming apart.
