This is the second time I've purchased the same item. The first time it arrived on time and the product was great. This second time the product arrived 4 weeks late ...after it took 8 days just to process the order. The tabletop displays came in a blue fitted carrying bag, my second order display came in an oversized black and gray bag, it's obvious that it's for a different display. Sending the product out in the wrong bag is very poor service and unacceptable.

Lightweight and easy to use. Was a little dissappointed in the value received for the money spent. The edges are unfinished. The felt-type material snags when a graphic is removed.

The blue covering does not seem to want to stay connected to the board. It 'ripples' so you have to keep pressing it back in place and dealing with it looking wrinkled.
