I was really impressed with the service and quick responses back to my e-mails. In ordering the product the expectation was to have an nice little something to thank our associates - something with our logo on it, and that they could wear for a while. The product we received was above expectations - our associates were thrilled and it is something they will be able to hang onto for years.

These are fantastic jackets, especially in cold and windy conditions. I ordered these jackets for our Annual Canyon Walk and they were perfect to put over a T-shirt or Sweatshirt to keep warm as we walked through the canyon. They do run a little big in size, but the embroidery of the logo was very well done.
