Royal blue trim on the pin does not match the artwork that was approved, which is also our school color. The actual color on the product that was received is more of a blue/gray color.

Pens are good and write well, but the green color of the plastic looks much less metallic than pictured. Color came out a bit funny and sickly (did not look metallic) and I wouldn't choose it again.

The printing was great. The pens themselves do not seem to be printing very well especially in bad weather. We have ordered the Bic Clic's for years now & have never had problems with them printing before. We have ordered medium point with both Blue and Black ink. Don't know if they changed their ink formula or what, but the way they write it the 1 reason we continually order these pens. Thanks, Deb
