We submitted a custom color for our logo to be printed on this mug, and even after a second printing, it was not close. The mugs themselves are fine, but the logo color does not match any of our other give-aways. This was disappointing.

The mug was fine. The printing was a problem. I did not understand that the writing would be so small and I understand that this was my fault, but it would be my suggestion that the customer be called if the final product looks questionable. I'm giving these as gifts and am disappointed the the final product.

The mugs looked very nice with the logo, however, I was EXTREMELY disappointed that SO MANY mugs arrived broken. The way in which they are packaged for shipping was not acceptable.
