We did have a little trouble with getting the artwork approved and through the system. There was a slight delay on your end after we had to make a few changes after the first approval was sent, even though we paid for express printing and shipping.
But that did not have any effect on our product favorability. We love our banner and it is exactly what we wanted!

The retractable banner displays are an incredibly sharp looking and useful tool for our promotional efforts. While they obviously don't fare well for outdoor events (wind factor), they class up any indoor venue presence and are my favorite promotional signage/tools I have used to date.
