The print quality of the pens was alot better this time; however, I am getting complaints that many of the pens are not writing well.

We really like the look of the pens & how the write is great too, but the only thing we do not like is the clip on the pen breaks off easily. Our outreach director likes to clip the pen on a few sheets of paper & the clip either does not go onto the papers because it is to tight, or it just breaks off. I don't know if we got a bad batch, or if they are all like this.

The metal part that supports the clicker part of the top of the pen was coming unscrewed and fell off alot of the pens just as i opened the package.

Looks nice, and the price is right, but its a little bit low-quality in that it feels flimsy and doesn't write well. There's a market for cheap gifts, of course, but its nice to have gifts that people will keep as well....

We received the pens and there were about 10 or so that came apart from the top we were able to put 5 together but some we were unable to make the tops fit on correctly.

Pens were a good value. However many of the pens has blemish/scratch marks on them. Possible friction from shipping. A few were also cracked/broken. Some of the pens were shipped with a thin layer of foam between each level, these were OK. Should have used foam in EVERY level/box.

The pens look GREAT, but I was a little disappointed in how they write -- the black ink isn't very dark compared to most of my other black pens, and they don't seem to write as smooth.
