The Surname Totes are Phase 1 of a series of totes that will be developed by our office. The names that were imprinted represent 800+ names that were submitted to us by our clients to signify their family surnames over 5 generations. The product quality was great. However, the imprint was the wrong color on about 75 of the bags. It was meant to be white and on 75 of them the print was a light blue.

We love the tote. It works great for what we needed it for. The only thing what we didn't like was the shade of the color. We thought that it had a more green teal color to it. But no matter our customers love them. We get high remarks with our bags.

I absolutely LOVED the bags! We used them as giveaways at our grand opening, and everyone talked about how nice they were, how pretty the silver print on the teal bags was, etc. (we've even had a few people come back to our office and ask if they could have a second bag, for carrying to the store, etc.) Of course we gave it to them - we want our name & number everywhere !
