Nice cup- the design looked really sharp with the black/white contrast. Hand washed a few times and washed well. Purchased as gifts and people were very appreciative.

The handle is not very durable and does not have accessible screws to tighten. But it was the cheapest travel mug, so you get what you pay for. next time i will spend more money for better quality

DO NOT ORDER THIS MUG!!! Just got my order and they were poorly made..... Cracks on the inside & outside of mug. Lids do not fit securely, smudges on logo.... Yes they came individually sealed in plastic shrink wrap then boxed, but make sure you closely examine them because the ones I thought were ok had cracks on the inside of cup.

Good quality tumbler at an affordable price. We used them to thank customers for their business at a college football VIP event. We had the right color choices and were able to imprint in two locations (school mascot on one side; our logo on the other).

I like the design of the mug, but drinking from it is difficult. The flow of liquid is restricted somehow, and thus it comes in spurts, which can be painful with a hot drink.
