I used the sample for a a few months before purchasing. I used it because i wanted to see if it would leak when i carried it in my purse. On other travel mugs the slide that opens and closes gets loose after constant use. This one was great. it keeps a tight seal so that if it falls or tips the coffee doesn't spill. Great, elegant design and color palette. Great gift for good customers

Overall I am satisified with the product. However a few of the tumblers are not flat on the bottom so when you put them down on a counter they don't sit flat. I needed a quick turn around and this was excellent.

The tumblers are a big hit! They look and feel great and people really like the way the lid screws on to the tumbler as opposed to the push on lids. We're very pleased and plan to reorder in the future.

The quality of the mugs was great, the color was perfect and I love the texture. However, the logo was printed off center which I think makes the mug look cheap. I will be sending the mugs out to notify existing customers of the change in company name and ownership.
